Memoirs of a Bishokuya (ビショの空也の回顧録, Bishokūya no Kaiko-Roku) is a fanfiction based on the manga series Toriko written and drawn by Mitsutoshi Shimabukuro. The series is primarily set after the battle with NEO and the falling of the Gourmet Spice, as humanity has entered the Second Gourmet Age. It follows the young Bishokuya named Marimo, as well as his combo partner, the chef Kiria, and a Saiseiya called Aomeki as they hunt for valuable and delicious ingredients both for the people of the world and for their own dreams and goals. Along the way they come into contact with the villainous Bishokuikki, who are determined to overthrow the IGO and assume control over the distribution of food. The series attempts to remain as close as possible to its original source material, while also adding new ideas, ingredients, beasts, and characters to the world of Toriko.

It is the main story of The Z-Meister.
