Levi (リーバイ Riibai) is a member of the Gourmet Yakuza. He is often known as Ziggy, or just plain Zigg. Due to him having Gourmet Cells, he rose within the ranks of the Jidar Branch quickly, despite being physically weaker than everybody else in the Yakuza.
Appearance[]
Levi is a very short, skinny young man. His growth has been stunted for unknown reasons, but it has left him a small man. He has a very ugly face, with most of his facial features seeming to be too large for his head. He wears a black suit and tie, along with a white dress shirt as a member of the Gourmet Yakuza.

History[]
Levi is an orphan from Jidar who doesn't know anything about his past. He just believes that his parents died at some point in Jidar, or abandoned him, but the truth is much darker. In reality, Levi is a failed experiment of NEO: an attempt to create a perfect human out of pure Gourmet Cells. Using in vitro cloning techniques, they turned an ordinary Gourmet Cell into an egg cell, then inserted the altered DNA of someone who was genetically gifted. This made Levi a test tube baby, and should have resulted in a nearly perfect human. However, an unknown problem occurred. In a sense it was a success, since Levi was the first test to survive, but his cells were stunted somehow. Instead of being someone who was genetically gifted, Levi was a feeble baby with almost no strength to him. Because of his failure, NEO abandoned him in Jidar Kingdom, where they expected him to shortly die. He somehow managed to survive though, and grew to be a feeble man.
